Marc

Marc has been practicing yoga since 2002. Having experienced many of the benefits of yoga himself, he started teaching yoga in March 2004 so that others could experience and appreciate this ancient practice. He received his Yoga Teacher Certification in February 2005 from Peachtree Yoga Center under the guidance of Graham Fowler and Ursula Nix.

He has a special interest in the Eastern concept of a subtle energy body and its effects on ones own physical, mental, and emotional states. His goal in teaching is to challenge and support the student to find an expression of this practice suited to his or her own needs. His classes are a flowing sequence of held poses that strengthen and energize the body and soothe and quiet the mind.

Jim

Jim started practicing yoga eight years ago, with a little encouragement from his wife, Natalie. "I love yoga and love to share what I know," says Jim. He continued to practice yoga and was certified as a teacher in August 2005 at Peachtree Yoga Center under the guidance of Graham Fowler and Ursula Nix. He has studied in workshops with Doug Keller and David Keil and was also certified as a Reiki Master in 2005. His yoga classes are gentle and informative, guiding his students to find their pose. While teaching yoga and reiki he continues to find an internal strength from his own daily yoga and meditation practice.

Natalie

Natalie began her yoga practice in 2000. In February 2005, she complerted her yoga teacher training through Peachtree Yoga Center, Atlanta. Natalie continues to deepen her practice through classes, workshops, meditation, and spiritual study. Natalie has studied with Doug Keller, Tias Little, Desiree Rumbaugh, Amy Weintraub, and YogaKids founder Marsha Wenig. In addition to her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification, Natalie has completed the YogaKids 310 hour certification. Natalie is a Certified Yoga Kids Facilitator and Yoga Kids Trainer.

Mother of three, Natalie has a special interest in teaching kids yoga. She inspires a love for the physical practice of yoga while making it fun. Guiding them to see with their hearts, both on and off the mat, her goal is to help kids realize their full potential and to instill in them an acceptance of their differences as well as celebrate their similarities, all with a playful approach.

Ann

Ann began discovering the joys of yoga in the year 2000 while living in Florida. Her continued practice and study led her to become a Registered Yoga Teacher, taking her training in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Ann moved to Georgia in 2006 and continued practicing and teaching in Cobb County. She deeply believes that yoga is a life-long pursuit, providing benefits that are universally applicable to all ages, abilities, and cultures. Ann teaches traditional Hatha yoga for all levels. Her classes emphasize alignment for safety and are taught with joy and light-heartedness so students are free to express and explore.

In the distant past, Ann earned an MBA in Finance and worked as a financial accountant. She is married and has two teenage children.
